Whatever you choose, a cohort only runs if at least six people confirm.
The $50 holds the seat, so it is not refundable if you simply do not complete. While you hold it, nobody else can take it. If the balance is not paid by the date below, the seat goes back to the pool and the $50 is not returned. If I cancel the cohort, that is a different thing and you get everything back, see below.
If I cancel, you get everything back. If you walk away, the deposit stays.
If the cohort does not run, because fewer than six artists confirm, you choose what happens to your money: a full refund, or your seat moves to the next cohort. Nothing is kept and nothing is decided for you.
If you reserve and then do not pay the balance, the $50 is not refunded. It is what held the seat, and holding it kept someone else out. The seat returns to the pool and the next person to pay in full takes it. Talk to me before the deadline and I will always try to move you to the next cohort instead, but the deposit is not returned as cash.
Deposit route: $50 now, $700 before the cohort starts, $750 in total. Pay in full now: $700, a $50 saving. November cohort starts 1 November 2026, balance due 25 October. January cohort starts 15 January 2027, balance due 8 January. All prices in USD.
