Refund Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026
If a tool does not do what you expected, you get your money back. Fourteen days, no questions, no conditions. The detail below exists to be precise, not to add catches.
Tools
Fourteen days, full refund, no questions asked. You do not need to explain yourself, prove a fault, or show that you did not use it. Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get the whole amount back.
I would genuinely rather refund you than have you keep a tool that does not fit your pipeline. If it does not slot into how you work, that is useful information for me and a wasted purchase for you.
If something is broken rather than simply wrong for you, tell me what happened before asking for the refund if you can spare the minute. You will still get refunded either way, and I get to fix it for the next person.
Courses
Courses are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than a quarter of the lessons. Video training is consumed as it is watched, so this is the one place a proportionate limit applies, and it exists to stop a full course being watched and then returned.
If a course is genuinely not what it said it was, contact me and I will refund it whatever the progress bar says. The condition above is aimed at wholesale copying, not at anyone who gave it an honest try.
Mentorship
Unused sessions are refundable in full at any point during an engagement. Sessions already delivered are not, since the time has been spent.
If you need to move a session, tell me with reasonable notice and we will find another slot at no cost. Rescheduling is not a refund matter and I do not charge for it.
How to ask
Email mail@pxlmentor.com with the email address you bought with, or your order number if you have it to hand. That is the whole process. There is no form and no ticket system.
If your purchase went through a payment provider acting as merchant of record, you can also request the refund directly through them using the link on your receipt, and it will reach me either way.
How long it takes
I action refund requests within two business days. Once actioned, the money takes as long as your bank takes to post it, which is usually five to ten business days. That second part is outside my control and outside the payment provider’s.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. That is a limitation of how card payments work, not a policy choice.
EU and UK rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived at the point of purchase, and checkout may ask you to agree to immediate delivery.
The 14-day policy above is offered regardless of that waiver, so you are no worse off either way. Your statutory rights stand on top of this policy and are not replaced by it.
Chargebacks
Please email me before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs a fee on top of the refunded amount and takes weeks to resolve, whereas emailing me takes a day or two and produces the same result for you.
I have never refused a refund inside the window, and I do not intend to start.
